This great hotel is set in a pretty nice area. The staff are wonderful and deserve a 4-star rating. The rooms are absolutely perfect and clean with washer/dryer and nice beds, as example. Asakusa Toei metro stop is 800 ft from the property.

Magnificent, good location in the pretty nice area. Easy to reach from Tokyo International airport, 26 minutes drive. Honestly no complains at all.

We have booked family room with CLEAN facilities. The entire staff was extremely helpful and really helpful. Location: the hotel was very close to many local restaurants, local transport, Sensoji temple and markets. Furthermore, to Asakusa train station.

The apartment was quite spacious and comfortable for a family of four. There were two separate bedrooms, a kitchen with all the necessary amenities, and a lovely rooftop area to enjoy the city view. The location was great, just a short walk away from local restaurants and stores. We especially appreciated the proximity to the train station, which made it easy to explore the area. The staff was friendly and always helpful, which added to the overall experience.

The noise level was quite high, particularly from the train station nearby. At times, it felt like the train was passing right through the apartment.

OMG, this place is a total game-changer! The family suite was absolutely mind-blowing - so luxurious and spacious, it felt like a palace! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy sitting area - WOW! The riverside view of the skytree and Sumida river was jaw-dropping. The location couldn't be more convenient, right next to a train station with a family mart nearby for all our snacking needs. The staff were beyond amazing, from the super helpful manager who went above and beyond to ensure we found our way to the museum, to the friendly and accommodating reception staff who even remembered my mother's birthday - talk about excellent service! The whole team, including the cleaning staff, were so polite and delightful to deal with. The beds were super comfy, especially the full size bunk beds that the kids absolutely loved. And can we talk about the ingenious locker-style open closets for each guest? Genius! I can't wait to come back and stay here again - this place is an absolute gem!

The location of this hotel is amazing, just a short walk away from the train station and many restaurants. It's located in the Asakusa area which has lots of things to see and do. The staff were helpful and the hotel facilities like the cleanliness and transportation were impeccable.
